According to the representative of the Department of criminal justice Texas Jeremy Desela, the state will consider the court’s decision to decide what to do.

«I knew we needed to grasp at straws,» he said, smiling, Murphy, leaving the cells where prisoners awaiting execution.

Patrick Murphy was among prisoners who escaped from a prison in South Texas in December 2000, and then committed several robberies.
