The Prosecutor agreed with the right of a resident of Florida to drive with a sticker «I EAT ASS»

Florida resident Dillon Shane Webb acquitted by the court this Thursday, when prosecutors lake city admitted that he has a constitutional right to drive a truck with a sticker «I eat ass» (I EAT ASS).

Webb was arrested Sunday for this sticker. The representative of the Sheriff of the district of Columbia to see these white letters on the rear window of the brown truck «Chevrolet» Webb, stopped the car and ordered the sticker to remove. However, Webb was inflexible, cited the First amendment and was eventually arrested for resisting an officer without violence.

The case was assigned to prosecutors, but the more they delved into the situation, the clearer it became that Webb did not break anything. County Sheriff justified his vision of the problem of the protection of children. «How parents can explain to their children that inscription?» he asked. But Webb answered that this applies only to parents.

Prosecutors in lake city eventually admitted that the defendant was a very influential ally: the U.S. Constitution:

«Assessing the evidence through the prism of the precedent of the Supreme court, it was established that the defendant has a valid defense under the First amendment to the Constitution of the United States… Given this, no citizen will be convicted for this fact.»

Sam Webb has refused to explain the Law and Crime what is meant by its inscription, calling it «just words».
