We want to thank our customers for drawing our attention to this incident this past weekend and videos posted on social networks showing how damaged one of the goods in Blue Bell. We are very serious about this incident and is currently cooperating with law enforcement partners in the retail trade and social networking platforms. We will not tolerate such incidents.
Our main priority is the safety of the food, and we work hard to provide buyers with safe products and maintain the highest level of confidence in it from our customers.
During the production of our packaging turned upside down, and sent to a special hardening chamber, where the ice cream freezes to the cover, naturally plombira products. Thus, these covers are firmly frozen down to the cardboard. Any attempt to open the products will be obvious.
