13-year-old boy from Kentucky was charged with kidnapping after he allegedly stole a car with a toddler inside.
According to the Lexington Herald-Leader, the teenager from «Covington (ky) has been accused of kidnapping and theft as a result of the carjacking. Covington police said that the incident occurred on 15 August at the Indiana Avenue.
According to a press release of law enforcement, they quickly found the car, which was a «22-month-old child.» After the teenager allegedly stole the car, he crashed into a parked truck and fled the scene.
