Devastated parents lost custody of her 4 children after the caseworker had lied to the court, stating that they take illegal drugs and don’t care about kids.
Chelsea gray has agreed to plead guilty to making false statements under oath, which the judge deprived mom and dad from Iowa their legal parental rights.
The Associated Press reports that she left work at the Iowa Department of Human Services a few months later after the judge found that she repeatedly gave false testimony against people.
District judge Adam Sauer on June 12 called the testimony of Chelsea are full of «lies and distortions». Gray testified under oath and encouraged to resettle children in family who will be on them temporarily to take care of. Gray, who was in charge of a personal family matter, stated that monthly visits to them, as required by DHS rules, but actually did not, said Sauer.

Assistant district attorney Cerro Gordo Nicole Bence told the court about her lies, finding a lot of inconsistencies.

The hearing will be held on 3 December.
