Volleyball coach high school in Oklahoma was arrested for what was engaged in a Threesome with a student and former teacher.
40-year-old Joyce Churchwell surrendered to the police on Tuesday, January 14, after she issued an arrest warrant on charges of rape in the first degree in the County of Tulsa (Oklahoma).
The police reports that last year, coach Berryhill Public Schools contacted the 18-year-old student in the app Snapchat, sending Nude pictures and videos.
Later Churchwell and another woman — a former teacher of the district — invited the student in tronicek while husband trenerry was out of town. A student admitted to the police that he went to the house Churchwell to have sex with women.
The age of consent in Oklahoma is 16, however, if the victim is 16 to 20 years, and if she’s still in school and entered into an intimate relationship with a school employee, it is defined as rape.
The police said that the victims could be more. During the investigation they found that Cherwell contacted another student, who refused the offer.

According to a statement from Berryhill Public Schools, Churchwell suspended from work.
«Berryhill school district takes very seriously the safety of their students and does everything possible to ensure a safe learning environment, — reads the statement of the district. The County is currently cooperating with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of these allegations and take appropriate action after the investigation is completed».
Churchwell posted bail in the amount of $ 5,000.
