Iran has temporarily released 54 thousand prisoners with low risk to stop the spread of coronavirus. Encased in a prison of the British Nazanin of Sagari Ratcliff may also be temporarily released.
It is expected that Nazanin, imprisoned in Iran on charges of espionage will be one of the released prisoners, according to a member of Parliament Tulip Siddiq. It is reported by the SUN.
According to a statement from her husband on Saturday, Zagari Ratcliff contracted the virus in Evin prison in Tehran, where she contains. However, the representative of the Iranian judicial system Gholamhossein Esmaeili on Tuesday rejected the claim, stating that Nazanin good health.

Esmaeili told reporters that 54 thousand prisoners, approximately 22.5% of the total, were «provisionally released» following a negative test result for coronavirus and Deposit.

Zagari Ratcliff was imprisoned for five years in 2016 after she was jailed on charges of espionage. The woman denied the allegations.
Iran currently has one of the worst outbreaks since the coronavirus has infected about 2,500 Iranians. Of them died from this infection at least 77 people in less than two weeks. Iranian authorities have also been accused of hiding the real figures.
