A surprise visit from Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson in the Fountain was for local people a real Christmas present. Celebrities don’t often visit this town 80 km East of Los Angeles, on the way to palm springs and Joshua Tree National Park. 62-year-old actor and his wife stopped for dinner in the popular diner, In-N-Out, took photos with fans and signing autographs.

Hanks once again confirmed its reputation as «one of the nicest guys in Hollywood». He not only gladly took selfies and talked with the fans, but also paid for lunch several visitors to the diner.

«Tom Hanks is sitting in In-N-Out in front of us, I’m in shock!» — wrote one girl under the photo of Hanks and Wilson.
She added a few more photos of the actor filming a selfie with fans, saying: «It is so nice, taking pictures with everyone… And before leaving, wished us a merry Christmas!»
