A couple from Illinois who married in SONOMA County in Northern California Saturday while nearby raging forest fires – made expressive wedding the in protective masks.
Wedding photographer Karna ROA took a picture of the groom and bride married in the winery Chateau St Jean Winery in Kenwood, California on Saturday in a time when a few miles from them blazed a fire Kincaid.
A forest fire in the wine region of Northern California has forced about 180 thousand people to leave for the weekend, as high winds forced the state to turn off the electricity million people in an attempt to prevent further fires.

She added that the masks were distributed to everyone present at the wedding, but because of the smoke, the guests spent on the street for no longer than 20 minutes.
«When they mask up, and it’s time to take a picture, I immediately thought of the painting of 1930, «American Gothic,» and how the painting reflected the norm for America of those times,» said Karna. «Suddenly this moment was a reflection of the new rules for wine region in October.»
After the wedding, early Sunday morning, the couple and all their guests were forced to evacuate.
