A reporter for Fox News John Roberts has called Hillary Clinton a «shadow President,» alleging that her statements are very important for America.
This formulation appeared in correspondence Roberts on Twitter with the former speaker of the administration of Barack Obama Tommy Vitor.

Later, Roberts explained: it is not meant that actually governs Clinton, and just used the British term for opposition criticism.
