The Senator wanted to pass a letter to trump Putin in the hopes of meeting with the Russian leader

Today, August 8, Republican Senator Rand Paul (ky) said that he considered it a great honor «to deliver the letter to the President of the trump of the presidential administration of Vladimir Putin«. But an administration trump told CNNthat Paul wanted this letter from trump in the hope of a dialogue with Putin during his working trip to Moscow this week.
