Between Ukraine and USA is brewing diplomatic scandal. This opinion is shared by many political experts after the odious statements of the General Prosecutor of Ukraine Yury Lutsenko.

Ukrainian high-ranking official told Jon Solomon of Hill.TV that during the first meeting with the US Ambassador to Ukraine, Marie Yovanovitch, the diplomat gave him a list of persons which cannot be brought to justice.
«My answer to that is unacceptable. No one in this country, neither our President nor our Parliament, nor our Ambassador, will not stop me from prosecution under the law for committing a crime,» — said Lutsenko in an interview that was published on Wednesday, March 20.
In response, the state Department called the words Lutsenko about getting a list of «outright fraud.»
«We have seen statements about the charges,» — said the representative of the Department to journalists Hill.TV adding that «at the present time, the United States did not provide assistance to the General Prosecutor’s office (PGO), but have tried to support a fundamental reform of the justice sector, including the PGO, after the revolution of Dignity in 2014».
In an interview with Lutsenko also said that his office has not received $4 million that the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine has pledged, noting that «the situation was pretty strange.»
«Actually, we received a letter from the U.S. Embassy, from the Ambassador that the money we are talking about, [are] under the full control of the U.S. Embassy and the U.S. Embassy does not require our legal assessment of this fact. In fact, the situation was rather strange, because the funds we are talking about, have also been addressed to the General Prosecutor’s office, and we told [them] that never saw them, but the U.S. Embassy replied that no problem».
Last year a former member of the house of representatives Pete sessions, who at the time was Chairman of the Committee on rules, expressed concern at Yovanovitch in a letter to the state Department, saying that he has evidence that the Ambassador was talking about «contempt» in relation to the administration trump.
Lutsenko also said that he was starting criminal proceedings against the Director of the NABOO Artem Sytnik, who is accused of trying to interfere in U.S. elections in favor of Hillary Clinton. Lutsenko said that he has evidence of a leak of documents about the former head of trump’s campaign Field Manaforce order to sway the election in favor of main rivals trump.
On interview Lutsenko reacted to the President himself, Donald trump. He tweeted a quote of a journalist who communicated with the attorney General.
