Yesterday, the United States and Russia have resumed negotiations at the highest level to resolve differences on this issue between Washington and Moscow.
But, obviously, the parties are unable to reach a compromise, as today in the Russian foreign Ministry said that Moscow «reserves the right of retaliation if Russian property is not returned».
