Trump dismissed the two presidential Council, consisting of the most successful businessmen in the USA

Today Donald trump announced that dissolve the two Advisory business Council at the White house Council on U.S. industrial production (The American Manufacturing Council) and the Forum for strategy and policy (The President’s Strategic and Policy Forum).

Rather than putting pressure on the businesspeople of the Manufacturing Council & Strategy & Policy Forum, I am ending both. Thank you all!

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) August 16, 2017

«Instead of having to exert pressure on businessmen from the Council on issues of industrial production and of the Forum for strategy and policy, I cope with both. Thanks to all of you!».

These structures were formed by the President to ensure that he was able to obtain consultations on the issues of domestic manufacturing initiatives, economic growth and creating new jobs from leading American entrepreneurs.

For example, Elon musk (CEO Tesla Motors), Michael Dell (CEO of Dell Technologies Inc), Brian Krzanich (Intel CEO), Indra Nooyi (CEO PepsiCO) and Mary Barra (CEO of General Motors).

However, trump’s comment that the blame for the incident in Charlottesville lies on both sides, became a turning point for some businesses and caused them to seriously doubt the correctness of the views of the President.

So serious that eight members of the Council on American industrial production is decided as a protest to resign.

“Racism and murder clearly reprehensible and cannot be morally equivalent to everything that happened in Charlottesville,” said Denise Morrison, CEO of Campbell Soup company and one of the members of the Council.

The President has not left it unattended and, as usual, described his attitude to the situation on Twitter:

For every CEO that drops out of the Manufacturing Council, I have many to take their place. Grandstanders should not have gone on. JOBS!

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) August 15, 2017

«In place of each General Director, who is leaving the Council for industrial manufacturing, I have a lot of applicants. Grandstanding was not to continue. Jobs!».

James Damon, CEO of JPMorgan Chase and a member of the Forum for strategy and policy said that racism, intolerance and violence “is always wrong,” and “the wrongs of these criminals” must be condemned.

He also added that “leadership in business or government is to unite people, not divide them”.

Therefore, due to disagreements with the position of the trump group decided to disband.

Inside the Council, too, came the talk about the dissolution on its own initiative, but the President was faster.
