To qualify to rent at a reduced price can citizens who earn 60% of the average annual income in the area. In lottery participate:
- 14 studios, at a price of $867 per month (with an annual income of $31,612 — $40,080);
- 26 one-bedroom apartments for $931 per month (with an annual income of $33,875 — $45,840, depending on the number of residents);
- 5 apartments with two bedrooms for $1,123 per month (with an annual income of $40,492 — $57,240, depending on the number of residents).
The people of new York, comply with all the conditions can apply for participation in the lottery until December 4, 2017.
