A new study resource Abodo proves that they are really dissatisfied with the opportunities for rent. This is the conclusion researchers have reached after analyzing data obtained from the Bureau of U.S. census data regarding housing characteristics of different areas and rental prices. As a result, they were able to determine the city where you live the most satisfied tenants in the country.
After all the calculations it turned out that the Big Apple is a place 22 out of 25 possible. The cause of the global dissatisfaction of the tenants are easy to guess – it’s cost-prohibitive in thehigh cost of rent and regular meetings with the tailed-whiskered neighbors in rats.
Although, this news has a bright side – new York surpassed Los Angeles, which means in the City of angels rent, the situation is even worse, though, it would seem that much worse. The last two places went to Cleveland and Memphis, but the city with the most satisfied tenants in the country was the Role of North Carolina, followed by Kansas city and the Washington, Arlington and Alexandria, sharing 3rd place.
