For rental studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments in a new building at 2605 GRAND CONCOURSE can apply not only to low-income new Yorkers, but people with incomes above the average. Accepting applications starting on Monday, December 11.
The cheapest apartments will cost the lottery with an income of 60% of the average for them, rent will cost from $822 to $1 224.
Prices for apartments for members with an average income ranging from $996 — $1 740, and for those whose income is 130% of average — $1 250 — $2 190.
The house is situated in a location with good transport interchange. On its territory there is a Parking fee and Laundry services for the residents. Smoking in building is prohibited.
Anyone who wants to rent budget apartments can apply online or by mail until February 8, 2018, pre-preparing the necessary documents.
