- Between lonely new Yorkers with an annual income of $ 27 086 to $ 40 080 will play 11 of Studio apartments for $735 per month.
- Family of 2 persons with income of $27 360 to $45 840 may qualify for 20 one-bedroom apartments for $741 per month.
- Among households with income of up to $57 240 per year, consisting of 2-4 people will compete for the 7 two-bedroom apartments priced at $888 per month.
The complex has a free gym, bike Parking, rooftop terrace areas to relax indoors and outdoor, and Parking (for a fee). Smoking in the residential complex is prohibited.
