Housing lottery | Apartments in Manhattan from $613 for low-income and not only

Once the offer appeared on the market of affordable housing in new York. Under the lottery, the city will compete for the 103 apartments in the new building at 435 West 31st Street.

60 apartments will go to low-income applicants with income of 40% of average and 43 tenants with earnings 20% above average.

The first category will have the opportunity to shoot:

  • one — bedroom — $659 per month.

To provide the participants of the lottery rents will be from $ 1 949 to $ 2 519 depending on the type of housing.

The house is situated in a location with good transport interchange. On the residential complex has a library, a children’s playroom, Bicycle repair. For a fee you can use Laundry service, fitness centre, Spa for Pets and other amenities.

Reception of applications for participation in the lottery was launched on may 4 and will last until 3 July.

The advantage in the draw will receive the disabled, municipal workers and members of the public Council of Manhattan.
