In new York, if you believe the media, there is a growing demand for microquantity — residential premises of 200-300 square feet (18,58–27,87 sq. m), adapted to live in them. In a crowded city with a growing price of rental housing permanently or putting small apartments for rent.

Rent $1000 per month includes all utilities and Internet. Each room will have bed, fridge and microwave. The building offers a communal kitchen for several apartments. For comparison: the majority of new urban homes in Nashville offer apartments with an area of not less than 550 square feet (51,1 sq. m), and prices generally start from $1500 per month.
