House for Charles Ennis, standing on a hill in Los Feliz with stunning views of Los Angeles is the fourth, last and largest house of the «textile blocks«, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in the 1920-ies.

The inspiration for the creation of the urban mansion was Maya architecture. Concrete blocks, of which was built the house was cast on the spot in the forms for the project Wright. In 2011 the house was sold to billionaire Ron Berkle for 4.5 million dollars on the condition that he would be open to the public at least 12 days a year.

The house is currently offered for sale, however, despite the significant price reduction (from $15 million to $10.5 million), to find a buyer failed, since additional investments are required in the repair (about $6 million).
