In the Los Angeles Downtown Glendale at the site of the existing car Park is planned to build a new 6-storey hotel has 147 rooms.
Located at the intersection of Wilson Ave. and Louise Street station, which is planned to be used for construction, is just two blocks from Brand Boulevard next to the indoor cinema Five Star Cinema.
According to the documents, the hotel is designed architectural company WATG in Spanish colonial style to complement the overall picture of the area and not stand out among the surrounding historic buildings.
In addition to accommodation, the project will include 2,900 square feet of lobby and restaurant space, and 700 square feet of terraces, designed for dining outdoors. Parking for 124 cars will be available in a partially underground garage.
The hotel previously named the Hotel Louise. For convenience, it will also accommodate a pool, Spa, BBQ area, conference room, Breakfast patio and a kitchenette in every room.
