Julio Iglesias decided to sell their estates in Miami. Four empty plot of 8 acres (3.2 hectares) singer expects to gain $150 million — that is $469 per square foot. Why is it so expensive?
Because star estate is located in one of the most exclusive areas in the world — on the island of Indian Creek. This Paradise on Biscayne Bay called «asylum millionaires»: four of the 86 local residents — the richest people in the United States.
Iglesias owns 10% of the floor area of the island — all the lands located in the coastal zone. «I invested a lot of time and money into real estate around the world and, fortunately, never made a mistake with the choice,» said the famous seller.

At the time he purchased land to build homes for their eight children, but now plans have changed.
«My children have grown up and want to live in different parts of the world, so I decided to sell these great sites,» explained Iglesias, Sr.
Meanwhile, the singer has no plans to permanently leave Indian Creek — he’ll keep Villa, which is just a couple of months in a year.
