On 91 year of life in a clinic in Los Angeles has died the star of the TV series «twin Peaks» Harry Dean Stanton. According to Reuters, the actor’s agent announced that he died a natural death from old age.
Stanton’s acting career lasted more than 60 years. During this time he managed to appear in over 70 films and dozens of TV series and shows. Not all of Stanton’s role was major, but they were all distinctive and memorable. The most colourful paintings to become an actor «the Godfather — 2», «the Green mile», «Paris, Texas», «Alien», «Escape from new York».
It is little known, but Harry Stanton was a soldier in the Second world war (he participated in the battle for Okinawa) and only returning from the front, and a little breath in 1950, he began his career.
The last work Harry Stanton was the film «the Lucky one» which will be released later this month. At the time of the filming of the actor is 90 years old.
