The court acquitted the officer who shot and killed a black

Court St. Louis, Missouri, acquitted former police officer Jason Stockley, who in 2011 shot and killed a black suspect Anthony Smith during the chase.

The verdict

The judge of the St. Louis Timothy Wilson argued the verdict that the prosecution had not provided enough evidence for the recognition Stockley guilty. In December 2011, police officer Jason Stockley companion and I decided to detain him for suspicion of drug trafficking.
