In accordance with the urban plan for the reconstruction and beautification of parks, Chappetto Square Park, located in Astoria on Hoyt Avenue North between 21st and 23rd streets, will be «completely reconstructed». He became one of 11 parks throughout the city, who will participate in the city initiative, the Community Parks Initiative.
