Trump: don’t waste time on negotiations with North Korea

President trump asked his Secretary Rex Tillerson do not waste time for talks with North Korean leader Kim Jong-UN.

«I told Rex Tillerson, our wonderful Secretary of state, that he spends his time trying to negotiate with a small rocket,» wrote trump on Sunday on Twitter, using her sarcastic nickname for Kim.

…Save your energy Rex, we’ll do what has to be done!

«Save your strength, Rex. We will do what we must to do!»,- addresses Donald trump to the diplomat.

A day earlier, Rex Tillerson announced that the United States has tried to contact North Korea to discuss nuclear and missile programs, but Pyongyang has not shown interest in dialogue.

During Saturday’s working visit to China Tillerson shared information that the US has few direct lines of communication with North Korea, and they were trying to scout, does the Korean leader in the negotiations.

This is the first time the administration, trump acknowledged that comes into direct contact with Pyongyang.

As reported by Reuters, the state Secretary expressed hope for de-escalation of tensions in relations between the two countries.

«We scout the situation, so follow the information» — said Tillerson. «We ask them (the North Koreans. — approx.ed), whether they want to negotiate».

Previously, the position of the trump on the North Korean issue has changed repeatedly from attacks against Korean leader to willingness to negotiate. Announcing new sanctions for North Korea last month, he also admitted that diplomatic dialogue is still possible: «Why not?» — said trump.
