The Museum’s painting «accused» of racism

Three authors declined to participate in the children’s literature festival, which was held on October 14 at the site of the Dr. seuss Museum. They said that one of the frescoes, which depicts the Chinese character from the book of the writer, is «a dramatic racial stereotype.»

In his complaint for a Museum mural, they said: «We consider this caricature of «Chinese» is deeply offensive, and we have concerns about improper influence on children.»
