The woman and the man accused of occupation oral sex during a flight from Los Angeles to Detroit, which carried out the airline Delta Air. Police say their actions can result in criminal liability.
According to representatives of airlines, the incident occurred on Sunday evening. 48-year-old woman and 28-year-old man was not familiar to the Board. According to reports the Detroit police Department, two people were engaged in oral sex in the airplane right at their places.

The names of the detainees was not made public. What is known is that upon arrival in Detroit, the man had to make a connecting flight in Miami, a woman in Nashville.

After landing in Detroit a few of the offenders were met by police who told them a court summons. Because the incident occurred in the air, it falls under the jurisdiction of investigators of the FBI.
Representatives of the Bureau said that the incident is still under investigation, but the man and the woman can press charges for felony assault.
