As it turned out, the shooter served in the air force, and in 2012 (just in time service) was accused of domestic violence and was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment. He assaulted his first wife and child beating. The child received a traumatic brain injury.

The lawsuit States that the officers of the air force never entered the information about the arrest of the men in the Federal database. Otherwise, Kelly would not have been able to purchase several weapons from which he produced fire in Sutherland springs.

«Although the shooter, of course, pulled the trigger, the error of the U.S. air force has led to the fact that he was able to purchase ammunition,» reads the lawsuit.
