Last year a startup called SleepBus was vigorously debated in social networks. The essence of the project lay in the fact that luxury night buses traveled between San Francisco and Los Angeles. However, these visits did not last long. Now the creators are back with a new name and a new look at this idea. Meet Cabin — the first in America hotel on wheels.
Ticket prices start from $ 115 one way. All trips occur during night time: bus leaves at 11pm and arrives at the destination by 7 am (or so). You can bring two pieces of Luggage, in addition, the ticket price includes Wi-Fi and free tea. Your personal cabin that just fits a bed, equipped with power socket, reading light and ear plugs in case you get noisy neighbors.
The journey from Los Angeles to San Francisco actually takes a not much timeto call a trip complete with hotel stay, but the Cabin will surely appeal to those who do not like to travel in a normal bus or car. On the other hand, flights at both ends, often for a couple of dollars cheaper, even considering the time spent at the airport, they last less than a land journey. But then again, if you are afraid to fly, best way to get from one city to another.
