A COP who shot a girl who called 911, were three complaints

31-year-old policeman Mohamed Noorwho shot and killed an Australian woman from Minnesotathat caused 911, was filed three complaints in two years of service in law enforcement.

According to the Minneapolis Star-Tribune, two of the three complaints is considered to be active, the third closed without disciplinary action.

She died on the spot. Justine was supposed to marry her American lover in August.

While there is no information from detectives, what that night led to the tragedy.
