Hurricane season can end a month earlier

Conditional season Atlantic hurricanes could end almost a month earlier. Meteorologists doubt that until November 30, there is a probability of formation of even the most minimal tropical storm.

August and September of 2017 brought large destructive hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria, who struck the densely populated areas of the United States. However, this occurred during the peak of the formation of tropical cyclones. Now the water temperature and the strength of the winds does not contribute to the hurricanes.

«Despite the fact that hurricane season in the Atlantic officially lasts until the end of November, weather reports, statistics and forecast AccuWeather indicate that the possibility of another powerful hurricane that can hit the US mainland, is extremely small,» said Dr. Joel Myers, founder and President of AccuWeather.

Forecasters say that the only area of land that is not immune from the effects of the newly formed cyclone, remains the Caribbean.

«The South-Western part of the Caribbean – the only one in the Atlantic, is able to maintain a tropical cyclone, which may affect land areas within the next 10-14 days,» – said the expert AccuWeather hurricane Den Kotlowski.

A meteorologist claims that currently, in the Caribbean waters are very warm, and it contributes to the formation of the cyclone. But air flow is too strong to allow the storm to accelerate. So even there, the storms are unlikely to happen.
