On the North-East USA moving warm atmospheric front, and with it the record-breaking warming.
If today and tomorrow, 18 and 19 February in new Yorke and the mA — 40°F (4°C), to the environment in the Big Apple, ABC News forecasters predict up to 70°F (+20°C!). This is the highest temperature in new York from November 2017, when there were 74°F (+23°C).
