A terrible discovery was made on the morning of 17 February on the Playground in the Dutch Kills Park (Astoria, Queens) local resident Devon Davis. According to him, he felt an unpleasant odor in the Playground, and going to the litter box, saw a dead baby wrapped in a yellow plastic bag.
