When hurricane Dorian hit the Bahamas, Farrington sought refuge, keeping afloat struggling. At some point Adrian-senior saw with horror that next lap sharks: predators brought a storm tide.
Trying to save 5-year-old son, the father put the boy on a nearby rooftop and tried to calm down. The water rose so high that it could easily touch her, reaching out from the roof — but the father seemed the only safe place to escape from the sharks and the raging storm…
While Adrian climbed on the roof to the baby, a strong gust of wind raised a high wave which swept them temporary shelter and to take the child away in the turbulent water teeming with sharks, the eyes frozen in terror of the father.

Farrington-the senior tried desperately to find his son, dived into the water again and again, but found nothing. Among the debris of the house were no scraps of clothing, or the kid.
