In California there was almost a 6-point earthquake

According to the U.S. Geological survey (USGS), Sunday evening (about 20 hours), March 8, on the coast of Northern California earthquake by force 5,8 points.

In the US Geological survey reported that the epicenter of the earthquake was at a depth of over a mile under the Pacific ocean, about 70 miles South-West of the city of Eureka.

Earlier on Sunday evening, the USGS said about the power of the 5.9, but later lowered the data about the earthquake.

Dozens of residents of Eureka and nearby Arcata wrote in Geological service of the USA that they felt weak or moderate shaking.

Warning system for tsunami at the National weather service of the USA said that there was no danger of a tsunami in the Pacific ocean. Data about victims or destructions yet either.
