Today the capital of Mexico, Mexico city, suffered a serious earthquake, which occurred exactly in the 32-th anniversary of another deadly earthquake, which turned the city into ruins and killed thousands of people.
According to the USGS, the epicenter of the earthquake of 7.1 points was located about 70 miles South-East of the capital. Several buildings collapsed after a strong tremors forcing people shouting throw in all directions. Around town the sirens went, the air was filled with clouds of dust. Currently, the ruins, rescuers and police with dogs. Authorities report that the death toll has exceeded four dozen (currently 47 employees).

The President of Mexico, Enrique Pena Nieto, has mobilized a national Committee for emergency situations immediately after the earthquake.

It’s hard not to note the terrible irony of mother nature, because today’s earthquake woke up memories of a similar disaster that occurred in the country more than three decades ago. 19 September 1985 earthquake in Mexico city with a capacity of 8 points leveled many buildings in the capital, buried under the debris of thousands of citizens.
