Russia is helping the hackers from North Korea

While the United States come into open confrontation with North Korea, Russia holds the state outcast «helping hand», and help this threat to the world. We are talking about the support of North Korean hackers.

According to the North Korea monitoring project, 38 North, the Russian state company Trade provided a new Internet connection (another Internet connection) to the regime of Kim Jong-UN. This will strengthen the Internet in the country and the DPRK will provide new opportunities for cyber-attacks because so to manage them will be much easier. Moreover, this step greatly reduces the dependency of North Korea on China, and, therefore, further weakens the possible impact on the country.

According to experts, earlier the North Korean Internet traffic passed through one link provided by the Chinese telecommunications company China Unicom and numbered only a few hundred compounds. Now he has backup from Russia.

Moreover, the new partner of the regime of Kim Jong-UN – Trade – now handles 60% of the North Korean traffic, and China Unicom – 40%.

Trade has not acknowledged the recent signing of an agreement with the DPRK, saying that telecommunications exist in 2009, on the basis of the signed contract. However, neither the date nor the terms of the agreement the company did not disclose.

Now any attempt by US intelligence to identify the hackers from North Korea, or in any way affect them, experts say, can be easily interpreted as a provocation against Russia, which in turn will further increase the tension existing in the relations between the two countries.
