Trade has not acknowledged the recent signing of an agreement with the DPRK, saying that telecommunications exist in 2009, on the basis of the signed contract. However, neither the date nor the terms of the agreement the company did not disclose.
Now any attempt by US intelligence to identify the hackers from North Korea, or in any way affect them, experts say, can be easily interpreted as a provocation against Russia, which in turn will further increase the tension existing in the relations between the two countries.
