On Monday, opposition leader Alexei Navalny was arrested for the third time this year that the plans violate the main criticism of the Kremlin to conduct the election campaign and to compete for the post of President of Russia.

It is reported that presidential elections in Russia planned for March next year. Vladimir Putin has not yet announced his participation in the presidential race, but it is expected that he soon will.

The court arrested opposition leader for 20 days. This means that Navalny will miss the rally scheduled in his hometown of Putin, in St. Petersburg on 7 October, the birthday of the Russian leader.
