The South Korean government has prepared «all the expected options of possible developments» in the case that North Korea will conduct another test despite talks and joint events during the winter Olympic games.

Now, a month before the event Pyongyang conducts advertising campaign urging «all Koreans in the country and abroad» to promote inter-Korean cooperation.
Vice-President Mike Pence, who represents the United States at the Olympic games, said he will oppose the attempt of North Korea to «take over» the Game by using propaganda campaign.
