Thursday, 17 October, Mexican authorities released the arrested son of a famous drug Lord Joaquin «El Chapo» Guzman, to «protect life,» after the militants of the Mexican cartels have turned the city into a war zone.

According to the Minister of security of Mexico Alfonso Durazo, the son of El Chapo, Ovidio Guzman Lopez, who is wanted in the US on charges of drug trafficking, was arrested a Mexican national guard and soldiers who raided a house in Kulakanewhere he was.
When it became known about the capture of guzmán lópez, in the city, the capital of Sinaloa, began a fierce firefight between militants and cartels and Mexican authorities.

The bandits of the cartel set fire to cars and buses, blocking major roads in the city and out of town. Other militants were firing from sniper rifles of large caliber trucks.

After his release, the lawyer guzmán lópez gave a television interview in which he praised this step.
We will remind, in January, a Federal court in Brooklyn sentenced El Chapo to life imprisonment, which created a «power vacuum» in the famous Sinaloa cartel.
