The charming gay couple of penguins from Sydney’s Sea Life Aquarium already hatched one egg and now turn to the second.
Sphene and magic — the most cute creatures in the world. As told to the staff of Sea Life a year ago Sphene made partner offer «in the language of love the penguins» and gave «special stone» in the shape of a heart. Since then they are inseparable.
When the penguin noticed that one of the females dropped her eggs, then took matters into their own hands (or rather, fins) and in October of 2018 — after 68 days of waiting fathers.
Baby named Shendrik literally a few glorified all over the world. Her parents even mentioned in the third season of the popular Netflix series «Atypical» and gave Sphene with Magic even more loyal fans.
According to aquarium staff, the newly-made fathers surrounded Shendrik absolute love and care — and may soon be parents again.
«They have a neat and clean nest throughout the colony. explains working in the aquarium Tish Hannan — When we noticed that another couple can not cope with the hatching of two eggs at the same time, I decided to give up for adoption the second of our super-couple».
«Maybe in a few weeks, Spendin appears brother or sister, but maybe not. — she said — We haven’t figured out whether the egg is fertile».
