The time of the battle of the two mice in the subway may be the best photos of wildlife this year

If you ever have a chance to ride the London underground, then you obviously know how this can be «painful» for the mind experience. The crowd, lack of personal space, the roar of the rails – and so on.

Photograph of two mice, started a brawl in a subway station in London, was a clear proof that animals also subway enters into a state of stress.

Amazing photo included in the short list of photos of wildlife, National History Museum»s Wildlife Photographer LUMIX People’s Choice Award.

The called «Station Squabble» was taken by photographer Sam Rowley is one of the 25 pictures included in the shortlist prize.

As reported on the website of the Museum of natural history, «Sam realized that the best way to take a picture of the mice inhabiting the London underground, is to lie on the platform and wait. He saw how they fought over pieces of food thrown by passengers. This fight lasted a second before one mouse grabbed the baby, and they fled».

Among other candidates to win: the white bear playing with her cubs in Canada, the band is almost invisible reindeer in the snow in Norway – and so on.
