Scotland could become the first country in the world that free will provide feminine hygiene products to women of all ages.

A recent survey conducted by Plan International showed that 12% of young women replace proper hygiene and other things.

Every seventh girl had to take hygiene items from friends, because they could not afford it. The survey also showed that a fifth of respondents moved to a less suitable product for the cost.

Now the question about how the program will work. According to one proposal, the women may be given a special card that will allow you to pick up what they need. A similar system people get free condoms.
