The UK’s first pregnant man-transgender Hayden Cross begat a child. And the man and his daughter feel good, reports The UK.one.
Hayden was born a girl named Paige, but eventually decided to become a man. For this, he took a course of hormonal injections and made a sex-change operation. However, being a man, transgender, decided to have a baby. He stopped taking hormones to get pregnant using a sperm donor, whom she had met on Facebook. The experiment was a success.
Last night his family confirmed that on June 16 he gave birth to a girl. It was named Trinity Lee-Louise Cross. Close transgender said that parent and child are healthy and feel good. It is believed that this was the first case of its kind in the UK.
Hayden is 21, he is a former employee of the supermarket Asda. In January he announced her pregnancy, forcing to speak about itself the world press and prompting an ethical debate.
