In China, Winnie the Pooh was banned

Trouble is, the censors are at it again!

Very strange news is coming from China: the government has decided to ban the adorable chubby bear Winnie the Pooh in social networks, reports the BBC.

The reason for this, apparently, was what bloggers have compared Chinese leader XI Jinping and the character in the story by Alan Milne.

For Westerners, this story seems very strange. For them Winnie the Pooh — cute characters of children’s tales.

Nevertheless, it does not hurt to compare it with President XI.

Users of popular messaging service WeChat found that all the images of Pooh and his friends were seized, with thewrap reports.

But Weibo users (the social.network similar to Twitter) noticed that the search by name Winnie in the Chinese language to carry the can, but the pictures with him.

Images, became a bone of contention date back to approximately the year 2014. On them the President of China, shakes hands with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. In the blogosphere not very well received by this meeting and reported took XI’s in the role of Pooh and Abe in the role of Eeyore.

As the BBC suggests, such an Association emerged when the Chinese leader stuck his head out of his car to inspect the troops. Here were the photos where Pooh moves out of small cars.

The order to remove all images of Down from popular social networks, it seems the government’s attempt to erase any Association between the Chinese leader, General Secretary of the Communist Party, President of the people’s Republic of China and Commander of the Armed Forces and a fictitious character.

This fall will be held Congress of the Communist party — meeting, which takes place every five years and during that elects a new standing Committee of Polyutbyuro, consisting of seven people. This Congress also marks the beginning of the second term si Dzepina.

According to the BBC, remove Winnie the Pooh from social networks may be associated with the intention of took XI’s to break down the opposition, leading Congress.
