In Brooklyn , the police arrested 24-year-old Selwyn Worrell of assault and rape of his 88-year-old neighbor. The victim herself admitted Selwyn, who knew 20 years it grew before her eyes.
The guy, according to the NYPD, yesterday about 13.00 entered the apartment of 88-year-old woman on the street in Vermont, hit her in the face, grabbed by the neck and dragged him to the basement where he bound her with an electrical cord, raped and then fled, leaving her tied up in the basement.
