The bus pushed the car into a group of pedestrians in Harlem: 12 people were injured

On Saturday, 12 pedestrians were injured during a large-scale accident in East Harlem. People were knocked over by a black SUV that collided with a city bus and the blow took off on the sidewalk.

The accident happened at noon near the fast food restaurant Wendy’s on 125th street, located between Park Avenue and Lexington Avenue.

Everything happened so quickly that the victims of emergency has not managed to escape from rushing at them car. Arrived on the scene, the paramedics took them to Harlem hospital: three people were hospitalized with serious injuries, and nine minor.

They shot down the SUV were badly damaged, but its driver was still alive — getting out of his vehicle, he was able to move independently.

It is unclear whose fault the accident occurred. According to one eyewitness, a crossover hit in the back of the bus making a sharp turn.
