Santa Claus, despite his impressive physique, as we know, still manages to slip in a chimney. But the attacker of California was not so lucky – he was stuck.
As reported by the Miami Herald, a curious criminal case occurred in Citrus Heights, the County Sacramento, California.
The service 911 received a call from a man who said that got stuck in the chimney of the office building in the 6900 block on Greenback Lane. The caller was a 32-year-old Jesse Berube from Rocklin.
According to local police and fire Department, they found the Berube inside of the chimney. He was stuck, but could move enough to make a call to the emergency services. To get stuck Jesse Berube, firefighters had to use special equipment.
As it turned out, the man intended to Rob the premises. He was not injured, but was arrested on suspicion of burglary.
